A Day in the Life

As the MITG Global Supply Chain Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for providing support in thedevelopment and maintenance of business facing reports. You will manage report requirements, convertingexisting data exacts procedures to meet the standards of Supply Chain reporting, and manage end user datavisualizations such as Power BI Tableau in a cloud or server environment. The Supply Chain Reporting Analystwill support department goals to drive standardization as well as the cleansing and quality of data on aSQL/Oracle server.

You will:

Analyze and document business report requirements / specifications.

Write, test, and debug SQL code.

Design the conceptual, logical, and physical data models necessary to support the analytic datarequirements for supply chain reporting needs.

Identify and understand the architecture of multiple sources of data.

Maintain data tables and views on a SQL/Oracle server for data accuracy and department standardization.

Develop data visualizations in Power BI/Tableau.

Travel requirement: Less than 10%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

You must hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree plus 2 years related experience.

Nice to Have:

IBM DB2 SQL, Transact-SQL, or Oracle SQL. Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.

Background experience in JBA Manugistics, IBM SPSS, SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau highly desirable.

Previous experience as a Supply or Demand Planner preferable.

Self-starter and able to establish relationships and work with remote teams of professionals and able to work independently to achieve objectives.

Solid communication skills and the ability to translate user / business requirements into formalized reports and data models.
